Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of GREEN — a multi-tenant commerce platform for managing products, orders, customers and fulfillment. By creating an account or using GREEN, you agree to these Terms.

1. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating a tenant workspace and are responsible for activity under your account, including actions taken by team members you invite and roles you grant them. Keep your credentials confidential and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

2. Subscription plans & billing

  • Plans, pricing and included modules are shown on our pricing page and may change with notice.
  • Paid plans are billed in advance for the billing cycle shown at checkout, via bKash.
  • Trial periods, where offered, convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.

3. Your data & your customers

As a tenant, you remain responsible for the products, orders and customer data you enter or import into GREEN, and for having a lawful basis to collect and process your customers' information (including their delivery addresses shared with couriers on your behalf). You must comply with applicable consumer-protection and data-protection laws in how you run your store.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use GREEN to:

  • List or sell goods that are illegal, counterfeit, or infringe others' rights.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other tenants' data or our systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform's normal operation (including automated abuse of integrations).
  • Use the platform in a way that violates Pathao, Steadfast, bKash, or WooCommerce's own terms of service.

5. Third-party integrations

GREEN lets you connect third-party services — Pathao, Steadfast, bKash and WooCommerce among them. Those services are operated independently and governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability, pricing, or accuracy, though we work to integrate with them reliably.

6. Intellectual property

GREEN and its software, design and branding are owned by us. You retain ownership of the content and data you upload. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the service to you.

7. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, pose a security risk, or where required by law, with notice where reasonably possible.

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

GREEN is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GREEN is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or of any connected third-party service.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use of GREEN after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
